The veteran stage actress, director and educator is heading to LA for a new challenge

In this first episode of the OnStage Colorado podcast, we catch up with Missy Moore. After decades gracing the stages of many Colorado theaters, Moore is mixing things up by moving to LA to work with her sister, Emmy-award winning choreographer Mandy Moore.

Grace the stage with gratitude, and remember how lucky you are to be a storyteller. —Missy Moore

In our interview, Moore talks about her early influences from her director mother (Wendy Moore) and actor dad (Bob Moore) as well as the Colorado theater scene, stage fright, the importance of theater education for kids and some of her favorite shows over the years.

Also in this podcast, host Alex Miller gives a quick update on some of the shows opening around the state in late May and early June.
